BU raise first % is 70 and CB is 60

Weird spot because i can not think of any bluffs he can have. I think he would bet all his jx and flush draws on flop. I also think he would bet all his k's on the flop too.
His hand looks a lot like qx.
Does anyone fold or lead turn?
This spot got me thinking afterward the final table was over.
