I'm always a sucker for immediate pot odds with a wide range (40%+) but still do not have a solid foundation for determining at what stack depth defending the 20-40% range becomes -icmEV.
No notes on vill and stack <20bbs, so am fine with folding, but at what stack are you defending this portion of this range. I'm fairly comfortable playing flops oop.
Thoughts?
