Custom NLHE cash home game format problem ?(Tournament-like situation)

hello,
I have been playing recently in my local home game a new format of no limit holdem cash game (many of you might be familiar with the format),the basic idea is that the button adds 4 big blinds to the pot (the game is played with 3 blinds (0.5bb-0.5bb-1bb):where he can only win it if he wins the pot otherwise the amount inserted moves and the button (who was small blind last hand) adds 4 big blinds and likewise he's the only player that can win the (8 blinds total in the middle) and so on...
This format creates a lot of dynamics and gambling in the game since almost everyone (even nits) put their stacks at risk with marginal hands because of the cumulative effect that game has.(Sometimes the button doesn't win the hand for like 3 orbits and there's like 70-80 bbs on the button )
The problem i am trying to resolve in this thread is mainly about push/fold strategy in this situation:(since limp/open strategy is a more complex situation and is based on players tendency pre flop and post flop)
For example let's say we have 60 big blinds on hero's button and effective stacks are 400 big blinds. Is shoving the button profitable according to a push/fold chart ? in this scenario it's 27.3%(converting the stack size from the button perspective to 10bbs (no-ante) for a MTT shove chart) since the blinds calling are only going to win the 400 bbs if they win the hand whereas hero is going to win the 60 blinds extra if he wins the pot.
I would like to have some advice about how to solve this problem in the case of push-fold strategy (we can discuss other strategies in the thread but the main concern is push/fold and whether this approach is profitable )we will assume that the blinds will be calling in this example : TT+,AQ+.(given what's at risk)
I would like to also know if there's a way to convert stack sizes compared to the bounty(for the button) in order to create a push/fold chart for any situation.
Any ideas are welcome :)
THANKS
EDDY
