BB vs active BU

Let' say we have a sample that indicates that BU is open miniraising at least 50 % of hands but not calling jams super wide. His cbet is also high side. How would you play these hands preflop (BB) if you have a) 17-21 bb or b) 21-25 bb. No ICM pressure.

a) suited connectors (98s+) and suited broadways.

b) mid to high offsuit connectors (T9o+, Q9o-KJo)

c) low suited connectors and one gappers (54s+, 64s+)

I believe jam shows profit in every case but is it more profitable to flat some of these hands?
