3betting the flop
So, if someone has a polarized raising range on a board, like on KK4dd, then does it make sense to 3b the flop? I feel like it makes sense to flat since they are polarized right? Then why do I sometimes see click back wars on these boards?
This happened to me in a $1k live tournament and I knew this guy was gunna raise way too wide IP blind v blind after I cbet, and was thinking that since i flat Kx, I can't do very much with air here except call OOP. and hope he gives up and then bluff river. I know exploitatively I could 3b flop if I'm that sure that he's too wide as a bluff, but in general, what is a good way to play this spot?
