$300 MTT Live- AK spot with 21bbs
Structure was fast with 30min levels 15k starting stacks . ~140 runners with top 15 paying. We are in the money here with 14 remaining.
Level- 3k-6k 500ante
Hero- 127k (about average stack)
V1- 90k
V2- 135k
Field very soft, lots of middle age/older guys who are terrible with stack sizes, limping, 4x opens etc. V1 45-55 years old guy, seems tight/abc not the type to get out of line. I felt he was better than most of the bad fish described above. V2 55-60 years old, seems tight/solid. Has raised 3-4 button/CO open spots with ~ 3x sizings. I felt he was good candidate to eventually 3 bet bluff from blinds since he was 2 to my right and was active in LP.
Action:
V1 opens MP to 12k (interesting being that most are opening 15-17k).
V2 on button 3-bets to 38k quickly (he always acted quickly so nothing weird)
Hero in BB peels AK off.
I elected to jam here. Seems standard against good players but I'm wondering if anyone might find a fold or just flat here given the following information: I hadn't seen this guy 3-bet at all so I have no info about his 3-bet range. Player profile read is that it's probably 1010+, AK and maybeeee some AQ. Guy was kind of a nit so I don't see him doing this with any KJ or Ax suited blocker type of hands. So his 3-bet fold range is super narrow (maybe1010 and AQ).
Blinds were going up to 4-8k in 5 minutes. I figure it's getting awfully gambly and I don't mind a big flip if he has QQ for instance. The remaining field is soft so I'm wondering if folding/flatting is ever an option. Seems nitty. Thoughts?
Thanks
