ft3b 3/4 before that hand

BN was an aggro reg - 15% 3b, 2 times otb, 3b this guy once and he folded

Sooo, Fold / Call / 4b/f / jam?

Fold seemed weak considering how wide I think both ranges are in this spot + I have good blockers, and not terrible equity when called.
Calling didn't see that attractive, because I end up OOP, w/o initiative with a face up range at awkward stack-sizes. 4b/f didn't seem like an option to me, since I probably need to call it off anyway, right? So it was between 4b/c and jamming, and I thought that I still benefit from FE, so I jammed myself. Thoughts?

I should note that I don't play mtts, so I apologize if it's one of these std spots for you.
