Tractatus Logico-Pokersophy

Hi Guys,

I was preparing for my 3k post on 2+2, and I just couldn't resist the temptation of quoting my favourite non-poker philosopher all time (I mean, I really liked your Philosophy series, Phil), Ludwig Wittgenstein.  So I caught up with the following, which is gonna be the introduction of my 3k post :)

First, LW's version of Tractatus:

The world is everything that is the case.
What is the case (a fact) is the existence of states of affairs.
A logical picture of facts is a thought.
A thought is a proposition with a sense.
A proposition is a truth-function of elementary propositions. (An elementary proposition is a truth-function of itself.)
The general form of a proposition is the general form of a truth function, which is: [\bar p,\bar\xi, N(\bar\xi)]. This is the general form of a proposition.
Whereof one cannot speak, thereof one must be silent.

And here's my poker version of it:

1. Poker is everything that is the range.
2. The range (a distribution) is the existence of states of all possible hands.
3. A logical outcome of ranges is a decision.
4. A decision has a value with a relative magnitude.
5. A value is a probabilistic function of elementary values. (An elementary value is a probabilistic function of itself, with the probability being unity.)
6. The general form of a value is the general form of an expected value (EV), which is: EV = [pot size, range, probability, equity].  This is the general form of an EV.
7. Whereof one cannot control, thereof one must not be result-oriented.

I know, this is some cheesy writing, but I just wanted to share with you guys!  The main body of my 3k post will be titled as "close spots don't matter, or do they?" which I am also happy to share once finished.

As always, thanks for reading and good luck at the tables!  I ran 56 BI below EV yesterday, which is a part of reason why I am writing this instead of grinding now. :P
