Like Phil Galfond says in one of his videos... it doesn´t make that much sense to get a better A-Game, when the B and C-Game is the one we lose the most money!

I mainly tilt when i see the result of a hand and the garbage that some are stacking off. (I know that this are the players we make money from but it tilts me)

And also during the session i´m looking way to often how much i win or lose.

Normaly i tile my tables, but now i am experimenting that i stack 4 tables of PLO zoom. So i didn´t see the result of a hand anymore. But the downside of this is that i can´t make any notes during the session, but i think getting not tilted about the outcome of a hand is much mor +EV than notes of players.
I also turned off the "Attention" in the Soundsettings, to not get stressed by this.

Anything else that i can do to get this problem fixed?
