Darren Wee developed his passion for poker during his mandatory two year military service in Singapore by watching old WPT and WSOP reruns. Though the Moneymaker effect hit him nearly a decade after most, it hit him hard and he dove headfirst into the game with four tables on the Asian poker apps and the occasional $5/$10 live games at his local casino. Outside of poker, he plays piano and video games including Rocket League and Overwatch.

His first video digs into the unique structure of the games on the Asian poker apps, specifically focusing on the impact of an ante and multiple blinds (straddles).
