When I'm playing a session I mark the hands in HM manager that I want to go back & review. If I think I misplayed a hand or there is something interesting that I would discuss with a friend if I had any, I like to post it in the MTT forums. I feel like posting 4 or 5 hands a day sometimes and I don't know if that's too much because other people don't seem to post regularly. It's not like the spots are fascinating, sometimes they're pretty basic. Just line checks basically.  Sometimes just seeing if I missed value

Should I try to work through them myself? Am I abusing the forums by posting too many spots? I don't understand why others don't post more
