play deep tables or not?

Basic question: I currently play NL25 or NL50 and around a 1/3 of the tables are deep. However I find that they're almost always filled with regs or halfway decent players and hardly no fishes since they prefer to buyin with 20-100BBs.
I like playing deep though. I'm not really comfortable with it because it occurs so rarely and I'm sure there's a lot to learn and gain skillwise. I'm also sure that even the regs still have a lot of leaks to expoit. However I doubt that my winrate at a deep table comes close to a std table with at least one soft spot.
What's my best line here? Do you stay at such a table in a semi-decent spot (weaker regs on your right, tighter regs on your left) or would you look for a better table even if it's 100BBs max?
