My question is:

If a All-Time User gets in the top 5 monthly users does that take away from the top 5 monthly users count?  Or does it just count as 1 of the All-Time users?  I was asking obviously because I am 5th right now as a monthly user if you are only counting the people in the monthly that are not All-Time users.
