General food question. What do you usually eat before,during and after a session.

Just gonna throw this one out there, Since I am a live player I usually start my session around 18:00-19:00 so my ''first'' meal before I start playing is my breakfast which usually contains:

  1. muesli/granola with dried fruits and sometimes fresh blueberries this IS always combined with turkish/greek yoghurt.
  2. 2 Sandwiches and BLACK tea. I vary ALOT here. Different kind off cheese and meat, roastbeef+potato sallad.(THE COMBO IS A MUST :)), italian ham, ordinary ham, salami...
  3. Sometimes dessert since I get hungry fast when I play, donuts,danish bakery or a muffin.

During the session I try to eat fish/pasta and so close to ''homecooked'' I can possibly get with a coke, dammit I love coca-cola my weakness. But atleast I dont consume any alcohol and dont usually eat sweets more then bakery. Sure I dont mind grabbing a burger but it usually makes me quite heavy unless I have exercised that day.

When I come home its easy food, an avokado on break or maybe just a sandwich.

So guys what do you put into your system for optimal performance? :D
