Does anyone know the approx. RB % for each site's VIP program?

I will hit Black Card status on FTP soon and after I cash out my ftp bank I'm not sure if I should continue to play on FTP.

The cons of FTP are slightly higher rake at micros (I think), terrible traffic after 8PM EST (usually < 50 players at 50NL rush), and you need to maintain a 100 day rolling average. As soon as your rolling average drops below 500 points you lose VIP status. 

Whereas on PS you have all year to try and hit Supernova. Although arguably the rewards don't come until much later in the year, whereas FTP gives you rakeback cash on a weekly basis.

The player pool is also much larger on PS. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not yet in terms of game softness/overall winrate.

Can anyone who has played on one or both sites comment?

My main game is Rush/Zoom poker 50NL 6-max although I will likely start taking shots at 100NL soon.
