Hi so i decided to purchase the essentials package. Everything is fine if using on the browser i purchased on (firefox). However when trying to access content on either chrome on my laptop or chrome on my smartphone it says i need to upgrade to watch any content..

Only have 1 rio account. Super confused.. any ideas??
