Hey Guys,

I recently read on two different poker blogs about some leaderboards for cash games on PokerStars, and how this site is basically another PTR, which tracks players stats.

PokerStars claim not to know anything about it, so I'm wondering how legit it really is? After further digging, it appears it was spoken about as early as 2012 on 2+2.

Also, with it being quite secretive (apparently its invite only and you need a referral code to join, which existing members sell you for like $100), I'm wondering whether there are other risks associated with this site? On the face of thigs, it seems strange that its an invite only thing, that you pay for, on top of the subscription fee to the site, and Stars claims to know nothing about it.

Are there other security threats/considerations associated with this?

How can stars security not be on top of this 3rd party, with seemingly unlimited access to all of their data?

Does anyone else use this, whats your thoughts on it?
