So I watched this hand develop last week at my local casino.

It's a limp pot 5 way at a 2/5 table flop is 332 the SB leads for pot 3 folds CO calls turn is a 4, SB leads CO shoves.

Now the interesting part, SB has his headphones on, CO says if you fold I will show you 1 card, SB allegedly hears " I will show you one card" reaches over and flips over a K, CO says nothing while this is happening, SB sees the K and calls the shove.

River is an 8 SB has 83 CO has K3, once the CO sees that SB sucked out on him he calls the floor supervisors and tells them the SB hand should be ruled dead cause he touched his cards, the floor ruled that since the river was was out and no one said a word about the player touching another player cards b4 the river the hand is live, CO loses and snaps...
