I hope this is the right place to post this and I'm sorry if it has already been discussed.

Does anyone have a general idea of what is fair for coaching for profit? I'm a winning player looking to take on a coach and was offered a coaching deal where I would pay a small flat monthly rate and give a % of my profits in return. I'm currently a profitable player that mostly plays $5 to $30 MTT's on American sites.

What % is fair for both parties?
What kind of hours should I expect per month of coaching?
Would I be better off looking for a staking deal that offers coaching with it?
Should live events be included?

I've never done this and think it can see that it may have some benefits but wanted to get some other opinions if any of you guys have some experiences in these types of deals.
