I'm designing pre flop ranges to use. To see if a hand is profitable for a specific action you obviously need the post flop EV. To find that I'm running a solver with the 25 flops found here. I'm only using 25 flops as I just need a rough approximation

My questions are the following. Is this a good method of calculating the EV of a certain pre flop action (assuming I take into consideration actions of other players)? Are the numbers shown along side the flops in the link the frequency of each flop? Do I need to account for card removal when calculating the EV of each hand, or is this somehow incorporated into the numbers on the left of the flop?
