Hello everybody

I'm new at runitonce and this is my first post. 

What i'd like to talk about is the following:

I'm playing poker for 5 years now. Don't really know a lot about the mathematics but I think in general I actually play pretty well. I make a lot of good decisions and am also able to put a lot of pressure on my opponents (at least that's what i'm thinking).

I always start to build up my roll with 25 dollars and come sometimes up to 100-300 dollars, a few times even 1000 and more (trough sit & goes and tournaments). 

Now here comes my problem. I often start a session really motivated and also play really good to a certain point. If i make a huge mistake like bluffing off my stack or calling off with a hand i thought was the winner, my mind gets crazy. I start to tell myself that im the dumbest idiot, that no normal person would have made mooves like that and so on.iIt gets even worse. I start to play Hyper-Turbo HU in way to high limits and within the next hour i usually bust my entire roll. 

This has happend to me several times and sometimes i just think about quitting to play. 

Does anybody have experiences in that way or felt the same or did the same?
