Hey so I quit poker over a year ago and now I'm wondering which video content would be good for me to start back watching? Are the Cameron couch videos still relevant in today's game? That's what I was watching, tried to adapt his strats, it helped me complete my 5nl challenge which was to beat the game for 5bb/100 over 100k hands. I can admit that a lot of my struggle when getting back into the game is my psychological game is very weak, tilt rage and spew after getting a bad beat etc.....
