Hi, a month ago my friends account got freezed. PS argued that there is evidence that other people would use this account too - which is not true, anyways - he responded to all the questions that were asked and provided proofs etc.
Since then he hasnt heard anything anymore, they just said "we will inform you asap" - he wrote like 7 mails since then asking whats going on but PS doesnt respond him - since a month!!! He has also a good amount of money on the account - he s really desperate and doesnt know what to do anymore thats why i do this post - maybe someone of you guys know what to do now? is there any helpline or something? Because mailing doesnt seem to work with these guys...
