Long story short lost everything playing in bad games, spending too much and taking frequent breaks from poker.I was debating about taking a stake but didn't like anything that was offered so decided to just grind it up myself the old fashion way.

Well versed in all games and formats, played most of my volume at mid stakes cash and tourneys.
I decided to follow the 100-20 BI rule and move up when i have 100 BI for the current stake + 20 for the next level to take a shot.
I will grind spins as my main game and fire up mtt's on the side.

Will update every 25-50k hands.

Took me a little time to get used to them but now i think 10bb + should be an attainable win rate probably up until 30's.
