50nl 56s - How hard should we exploit?

BB: $74.17 (Hero)
UTG: $51.36
MP: $61.76
CO: $49.25
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is BB with 5 6
UTG raises to $1.50, 2 folds, BN calls $1.50, SB calls $1.25, Hero calls $1.00
Flop ($6.00) 8 4 2
SB checks, Hero checks, UTG bets $4.28, BN folds, SB calls $4.28, Hero raises to $15.00, UTG folds, SB calls $10.72
Turn ($40.28) 8 4 2 A
SB checks, Hero bets $32.50, SB calls $32.50 and is all in
River ($105.28) 8 4 2 A 4
Final Pot SB wins and shows two pair, Eights and Fours.
BB lost and shows a pair of Fours.
SB wins $103.28
Rake is $2.00

So pretty standard line normally.

However Villan is a 95/12 station.
I decided to bluff thinking Villan can have a done of weak pairs that we could fold.
However I'm not sure if he folds enough for a +EV bluff.

Vs these opponents how hard should we exploit, switch to 100% value or incorporate slightly fewer bluffs?
Any recommendations on videos for how hard to exploit players?
